Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ReAdmin ("ReAdmin", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, in-experience module, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). ReAdmin is a staff and group management platform built for communities and groups on Roblox. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

ReAdmin is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. "Roblox" and "Discord" are trademarks of their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a Roblox group, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to bind that entity to these Terms.

You access ReAdmin by authenticating through third-party accounts, including your Discord account and, where applicable, your Roblox account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts and of any credentials, API keys, or tokens you connect to ReAdmin, and you are liable for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to notify us promptly at legal@readmin.app of any unauthorized access or use.

ReAdmin provides tools to help you operate a Roblox group, including activity and session tracking, remote administration of your experiences, staff management, disciplinary actions, ranking automation, and application and form management. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan and your configuration. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, or level of performance will remain available.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Roblox (through the ReAdmin module and Roblox Open Cloud), Discord, and our payment and infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them — including the Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Open Cloud terms.

When you connect an integration or provide an API key, you authorize ReAdmin to access and act on the connected platform on your behalf to provide the Services (for example, ranking users, sending messages, or moderating sessions). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant that access. We are not responsible for changes to, outages of, or actions taken by third-party platforms, including any enforcement action a third-party platform takes against you or your group.

ReAdmin offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our website. Paid plans may include a flat recurring fee together with usage-based charges, such as a per-user fee based on the number of users you actively track. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for all applicable fees, including usage-based amounts, until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, or usage. We may change our prices and fees on a prospective basis with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, upload, create, or generate through the Services, including form configurations, branding assets, write-ups, and the group and staff data you process ("User Content").

License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities: You represent that you have the rights and any required permissions or consents to submit your User Content and to have it processed through the Services, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of data about your staff and members, including activity, message, and session data captured through the Services.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share any User Content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Contains nudity, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, or other offensive material.
• Infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

Monitoring and Removal: We have the right, but not the obligation, to review User Content and to remove or disable access to any User Content, or suspend any feature, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
• Use the Services to harass, surveil, or harm any person, or in violation of any third-party platform's rules, including those of Roblox or Discord.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or use automated means to access the Services except through documented APIs and within their limits.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required for security, legal, or operational reasons, or if your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may delete your account and associated data following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive termination.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by ReAdmin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that data will be accurate or preserved, or that any automated action (such as ranking, moderation, or distributions) will produce a particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReAdmin and its owners, affiliates, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReAdmin and its owners, affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the terms of Roblox, Discord, or other connected platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
